It features a new folded cascode analog output stage, asynchronous MCLK3 clock architecture, 16x DSD dual-mono discrete DACs, and the Meitner X Power System for superior signal integrity. Additionally, a complete SACD mechanism replacement extends the XDS1’s lifespan.
