MTRX2 V2 includes a new power system using isolated toroidal transformers for each buffer stage and Meitner-designed SMPS for the input stage and monitoring stage. The V2 offers more power, faster current delivery and vastly improved sonics from its predecessor. Additionally, the amplifier now has a new active monitoring system that closely watches, in real-time, the operation of the amplifier to keep the amplifier, speakers and the user safe in case of any malfunction from the amplifier. The new input board is a significant leap in performance.
